Press conference in Senaki
In th framework of newly runed project "Selforganizing of rural settlements for local development" August 7 GRC provideded Press conference in Senaki. The project is implementing by support of Europa foundation and financial support of Sweden agency of international development and partnership. Press Conference was hold for local meria where also participated members of Senaki Municipal Council from target willages and the members of Senaki Rural Council. Project director Amiran gigineishvili and regional coordinator Khvicha Mashava spoke about project goals and tasks. Ain of the project is to support the population of villages of Khashuri, Senaki and Chokhatauri Municipalities in establishing of the Settlement General Assamblies and as result increacing the involvment in decision-making process of local authorities, improvement of living conditions of the rural community populations.

In the framework of project in Chokhatauri town hold Press Conference for local meria where Project director Amiran gigineishvili and regional coordinator Roland Sikharulidze spoke about project goals and tasks. Ain of the project is to support the population of villages of Khashuri, Senaki and Chokhatauri Municipalities in establishing of the Settlement General Assamblies and as result increacing the involvment in decision-making process of local authorities, improvement of living conditions of the rural community populations.

Today in the event hall of the City Hall of Lanchkhuti Municipality was hold the final presentatuion of project named "Support of strenging the citizens' participation in the desission making process of Local Self Government". As Project Director Amiran Gigineishvili mentioned project aim is support of establishing settlements' general assembly in three villages of Lanchkhuti Municipality. To execute this aim were chosen villages Grigoleti, Etseri and Oragve. In all of villages general assembly were established. in Grigoleti was elected Akaki Kvachadze, in Etseri Zviad Nakaidze and in Oragve Tariel Urusadze in posision of Rcheuli. General assemblies have Identified problems. They are executed by Local Government as it is possible. In the presentation were participated Gamgebeli Mr. Zaza Urushadze, Speaker of Municipal Council Mr. Giorgi Kheladze, Members of Local Council and other stakeholders.
საზოგადოებრივი ორგანიზაციების განცხადება ადგილობრივი თვითმმართველობის განხორციელებაში მოქალაქეთა მონაწილეობის ფორმების დანერგვის თაობაზე
2014 წელს ხელისუფლებამ დაიწყო „საქართველოს თვითმმართველობათა კოდექსში“ ცვლილებების და დამატებების მომზადება, მათ შორის XI თავისთვის, რომელიც შეეხება ადგილობრივი თვითმმართველობის განხორციელებაში მოქალაქეთა მონაწილეობის დამატებითი ფორმების დანერგვას. კანონპროექტის შემუშავების პროცესში აქტიურად იყვნენ ჩართულები 60-მდე სამოქალაქო ორგანიზაციის წარმომადგენლები, რომლებმაც საქართველოს ყველა რეგიონის მოქალაქეებთან, 150-მდე სოფლის მოსახლეობასთან ინტენსიური შეხვედრების ანალიზის შედეგად ხელისუფლებას მიაწოდეს კოდექსის ცვლილების საკუთარი ხედვა, რაც გათვალისწინებული იყო კანონპროექტის სახელისუფლო შტოებში განსახილველად წარდგენის დროს. კანონპროექტის თავდაპირველი ვარიანტი ითვალისწინებდა მოსახლეობის თვითორგანიზებისა და თვითმმართველობის განხორციელებაში მოქალაქეთა მონაწილეობის ფორმას - დასახლების საერთო კრებას და მუნიციპალიტეტის ორგანოებთან საერთო კრების ურთიერთობის ხელშემწყობი მექანიზმების დანერგვას, და რაც მთავარია, საერთო კრების სახელით ცალკეული უფლებამოსილების განმახორციელებელი მუდმივმოქმედი ორგანოს - დასახლების საზოგადოებრივი საბჭოს შექმნას.
