The Georgian Rural Council is implementing the project “Civil Monitoring for the Improvement of Municipal Services in Lanchkhuti and Chokhatauri,” funded by the European Union (EU) and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
As part of the project, we conducted a public satisfaction survey on the performance of selected municipal N(N)LEs (Non-Entrepreneurial, Non-Commercial Legal Entities). The survey results and recommendations have been shared with local governments and municipal institutions to help improve future services.
