Electronic communikator of responcibility and transfarency for Lanchkhuti municipality
Within the framework of the project "General Forum of Civil Society Organizations of Guria, Imereti and Racha-Lechkhumi to Monitor the Roadmap for Public Administration Reform", Georgian Rural Council has already developed and introduced the programm product www.lcman.ge. This online sofware gives possibilty to raise transparency of Sakrebulo and increasing accountability of Sakrebulo members. The introduction of the application has greatly simplified the population - Sakrebulo relations, increased the degree of participation, the number of quick response from the Sakrebulo members to the needs of citizens.
As a result of the implementation of the new project named "Electronic communikator of responcibility and transfarency for Lanchkhuti municipality", will gives new possibility now for municipal executive part - Mayor office. the design and technical requirements for an easy-to-understanded and dynamic electronic communicator web application will be developed by particifing representatives of Mayor office and local community. The City Hall, as well as the City Council, will have an electronic communicator web application, which will enable a significant increase in the transparency and accountability of its activities; Employees of the Public Relations Department of Lanchkhuti Municipality, Heads of departments, Representatives of the mayor in administrative units will have the relevant knowledge and skills and will be able to administer the web application in the long run.
The population will get acquainted with the joint web-application of the Municipal Council and the City Hall and will have the opportunity not only to receive comprehensive information about the events, but also electronically address a specific MP, mayor, deputies of Mayor, Deads of departments, Representatives in administrative units of the mayor.

Round table meeting in the GRC office
“Electronic Communicator of Accountability and Transparency of Sakrebulo” - is the name of the project, implementation of which started in Lanchkhuti.
The first meeting of the focus group was held on June 11 by the Georgian Rural Hall. Amiran Gigineishvili was the leader. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the possible structure and design of the electronic manager of Sakrebulo activity.
The work is being carried out within the framework of the project “A common forum for #CSOs from #Guria, #Imereti and #Racha-Lechkhumi for #PAR Roadmap monitoring”, with the support of the European Union in Georgia
Press conference in Khashuri
In th framework of newly runed project "Selforganizing of rural settlements for local development" August 13 GRC provideded Press conference in Khashuri. The project is implementing by support of Europa foundation and financial support of Sweden agency of international development and partnership. Press Conference was hold for local meria where also participated members of Khashuri Municipal Council from target willages and the members of Khashuri Rural Council. Project director Amiran gigineishvili spoke about project goals and tasks. Ain of the project is to support the population of villages of Khashuri, Senaki and Chokhatauri Municipalities in establishing of the Settlement General Assamblies and as result increacing the involvment in decision-making process of local authorities, improvement of living conditions of the rural community populations.

Georgian Rural Council started implementation of project named “Civil monitoring for increase quality of municipal services” by financial support of Europa Foundation and Swedish Agency of international development and partnership.
The aim The aim of the project is to contribute to improved transparency and the quality of services of the municipal non-entrepreneurial legal entities (NELEs) through civic monitoring tools.
Project Objectives:
- To select three municipal non-profit organizations each in the municipalities of Lanchkhuti, Senaki and Khashuri for implementation of civil monitoring.
- Creating collaborative mobile monitoring teams and equip them with the skills they need to complete monitoring.
- Informing the public through print media about the activities of Non-Profit Legal Entities and the results of monitoring in the targeted NPLE
- Conducting a survey of the target audience and preparing an appropriate report on the selected organizations in order to improve the services they provide to the population. Transfer of relevant skills to staff to establish effective communication with the public.
End users of project are 52000 inhabitants of Khashuri,, 31000 inhabitants of Lanchkhuti and 40000 of Senaki Municipalities.
